Items will ship in 2-3 business days from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified. Orders are sent through USPS Priority Mail. I will notify you when the package ships and can supply you with a tacking number upon request.

Returns

All sales are final.

I package everything with a lotta love and extra care to ensure pieces arrive safely. If your package arrives broken, let me know within 7 days and I will refund you, or send you a new piece, of equal value, at no additional cost.

Care Instructions

Your new handmade piece is both beautiful and intended for regular, every day use. All items are dishwasher and microwave safe, unless otherwise specified in the item description.

For the safety and longevity of your handmade item, do not pour boiling hot water directly in the piece. Please allow your hot water to settle before making your drink. You can also “pre-warm” your cup or mug by swirling warm/hot tap water in the piece before pouring your hot beverage.

Although, ceramics is oven safe, I do not recommend regular oven use. If you would like to bake or warm up some food in your ceramic dish, be sure to warm the ceramics up along with the oven. Never place your ceramics in a preheated oven - it will break.
